To Provide Police Officers, whether active, retired or disabled, counseling services upon request.  May include: individual, family, career, or group counseling.  Police officers sometimes face depression and stress from the challenges of the job.  Some experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; some consider suicide.  Also provide seminars upon request.  Provides debriefings upon request.  Police officers feel most comfortable talking to fellow officers.  All counselors are current or retired law enforcement officers, with graduate degrees in the field of mental health.  Educate the public on the needs and abilities of police officers, especially following their retirement.
